I'm happy to let you know you don't need a promotional code to buy this voucher, so if you skip that part you'll still be able to complete your order.

You'll then be sent a voucher, and you'll be able to place your order online by following the link.

I placed an order for bon accord drinks I had a voucher to the value of £14 which was issued as a credit which I would like to use as part payment for my bon accord drinks order

I'm afraid we can't apply promotional codes to completed orders, but there is another way I can help.

As you're within our 14 day cancellation period, it's no problem to refund your voucher. If you'd like us to go ahead with a refund, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order.

In the meantime, you're welcome to buy another voucher using your promotional code by heading to https://www.itison.com/Glasgow/deals/multi-award-winning-bon-accord-soft-drinks. Just select Add a Gift Card or Promo Code after confirming how many vouchers you'd like to buy.

You might find your code comes up automatically and you can select Use This Code. Otherwise, just type it in as it shows and select Enter Code. Your order total will update and you can continue to the payment section.
