Are there two bedrooms in these apartments. It does say is accommodates 4 people. Is it a sofa bed in the lounge?

I'm happy to let you know The Abrahams has two bedrooms (1 twin & 1 double). The BLAKEY has two bedrooms (twin or double as required). The GRAHAM has two ensuite bedrooms (1 twin & 1 double).

I can confirm this voucher is valid from Friday 30th October 2020 until Friday 26th March 2021, subject to availability.

I'm afraid a booking from today wouldn't be possible.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Hi- please can you advise if I purchase a voucher for 4 people - this includes children.
In the small print it states that a surcharge is payable for children - is this for additional?

Thanks for getting in touch!

If there will be a total of four people staying INCLUDING children, you won't need to pay anything else. Otherwise, up to 3 additional children can stay per voucher. Under 1’s stay free when using existing beds and ages 1 – 14 require a supplement of £9 per child, per night for extra beds (meals not included) to be paid directly to the hotel.

  • 7 night stay for four in a self catering apartment (Sat-Sat)

3 night stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 30 Oct 2020 until Fri 25 Jun 2021; subject to availability. Friday check-in only.

4 night stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Nov 2020 until Mon 28 Jun 2021; subject to availability. Monday check-in only.

7 night stay: Voucher is valid from Sat 31 Oct 2020 until Sat 26 Jun 2021; subject to availability. Saturday check-in only.

Excludes 23 Oct - 1 Nov, 18 Dec 2020 - 21 Feb 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Choice of a first floor apartment (The Abraham and Blakey) or a ground floor apartment (The Graham).

Max of 3 children permitted; under 1’s stay free when using existing beds, ages 1 – 14 require a supplementary charge of £9 per child per night for extra beds, meals not included; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
