What to expect

  • Spa day for two including 20min mini facial, 20 min back massage & 10 min hand & arm massage or scalp massage, use of leisure facilities & a bottle of Prosecco to share 

Voucher is valid from 15 Aug until Thur 31 Dec 2020, Mon – Fri 10am – 6pm, Sat - Sun 9am - 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 31 Aug, 25-26 and 28 Dec 2020.

A supplementary charge of £20 per voucher is required for Fri - Sun visits; payable directly to spa.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 18s only.

Max of 2 people can receive treatment at the same time. Double treatment rooms available; subject to availability.

Treatment is not suitable during first trimester of pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

If you are visiting the spa for the first time please inform them of any medical conditions at time of booking. These may include: heart conditions, allergies, epilepsy, seizures, blood disorders, liver or kidney disorders, infections, joint or spine conditions or recent surgeries.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa at time of booking.

3 treatments each include: 20mins mini facial, 20mins back massage and 10mins hand & arm massage or scalp massage. 

Due to government restrictions facials may not be available; treatments will be replaced by a full body & scalp massage. 

Includes 3 hours access to facilities: swimming pool, modern fitness suite, steam room, sauna. Facilities open 7 days 9am – 8pm. Leisure facilities will be open subject to Government guidelines.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
