Trying to purchase but it not working says I haven’t completed all fields

Hi Denise,
Thanks for getting in touch although I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble.
I’d suggest checking in case:
- a letter or number is missing from your postcode
- a digit is missing from your card number
- the CV2 number is missing (the last three digits on the back of your card)
You’ll know straight away if the transaction goes through, as you’ll see a page confirming your order has been successful. If you don’t, I’d suggest trying again on another computer or device or getting touch with our support team on 0141 223 8843.
