I can't see the Christmas collection on the website to see what I would be buying, can you assist please?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm you'll be able to choose from the collection and redeem your voucher online immediately after purchase.

If you can't find the product you were looking for, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of purchase, and we'll be happy to issue a refund.

I am sorry but I do not understand how many vouchers to buy say 2 candles from the CHRISTMAS COUTURE line.

The cost of the candles on the Shearer website is €36 EUROS so what is that in £? And what value of vouchers needed to buy 2 candles?

Also, is it one voucher per candle, no change given?

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm each Christmas Couture candle is £12.00, so two candles will cost £24.00.

The voucher must be used in full in one transaction; no change will be given.

Voucher is valid from Tue 29 Sep 2020 until Thur 31 Dec 2020; subject to availability. 

Multiple purchases permitted. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.

Online use: P&P - £3 per order. Delivery is free if you spend a further £30 on Shearers website. Standard delivery between 3-5 working days. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Further information can be found here.

In-store use: Voucher is redeemable in store at Byres Road: Wed - Sat 10am - 6pm and Sun 11am - 5pm or Robert St, Govan: Tue - Fri 10am-5pm and Sat 10am - 4pm. Opening times are subject to change; please check times before visiting the store. Please note the store is closed on the 25 Dec 2020.

Voucher is valid for full price products from the Christmas Couture OR Winter Fayre Collections only; voucher is not valid for sale/clearance items nor valid with any other offers.

Voucher must be used in full in one transaction; no change given.
