I need a full refund on the gin Masterclass for two please. I bought it two weeks ago as a present for my partner. They were terrible to contact and didn’t get back to me despite several emails (there is no contact telephone number) and when we turned up last night at 5 o clock for our “masterclass”, the bar was shut. I got a facebook message (after I contacted them) to say they had a flood and couldn’t open, but there were posts on their facebook page to say they would be open at 7pm to the public. Its an absolute scam. I need to be reimbursed ASAP!
