I’ve had a look and I’m afraid your order didn’t complete because your bank declined the payment. I’d recommend contacting them directly to find out why, and they’ll hopefully be able to fix the problem for you.

I'm happy to let you know I've had a wee look at the Botanist's website and there's definetely still availability. I can confirm it's over the phone bookings with this voucher, you're welcome to contact The Botanist directly if you'd like to inquire about itison availability before buying.
If you're unable to secure a suitable booking I can confirm we do offer a full 14-day refund on unused vouchers.

I can confirm multiple voucher purchases are permitted but I''m afraid only one voucher can be used per sitting.

I have just purchased this deal, Sunday roast and wine. It has come up as Sunday roast and a bloody Mary which I do not like. Could you confirm the exact deal thank you sandra

I can confirm this voucher is valid for a Sunday roast for two and a bloody mary each. If this means your voucher is no longer suitable please email support@itison.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll be happy to arrange a refund.
