I can confirm this voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Thur 30 Apr 2020, so can't be used for stays in December 2019.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with breakfast and late check-out OR

Overnight stay for two with £50 food & beverage voucher, breakfast and late check-out OR

2 night stay for two with £50 food & beverage voucher, breakfast both mornings and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Thur 31 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 20 - 22 Jan, 21 - 23, 26 - 27 Feb, 13 Mar and 24 - 26 Dec 2020.

Option 3: Excludes Saturday arrivals.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 3 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive double £20, suite £30 (including free minibar); payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Include £50 fully flexible food and drink voucher which can be used against any menu. Menus are subject to change. Vegetarian options are available.

Max of 1 child aged 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Cots or z beds can be supplied; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 2 well behaved pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
