On this deal if we booked it for a particular weekend and then due to circumstances couldn't go, would we be allowed to move the booking to another weekend within the voucher period?

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Although most of our vouchers are for two people to use, you are always welcome to contact the venue directly to ask about the possibility of one person using the voucher. This often isn't a problem, but some hotels may request that a single occupancy supplement is paid.

I received your reply to my question about using voucher on Saturday nights but when I phoned The Crown they stated that a Saturday night is not available with this offer of £59, only for the more expensive offers where dinner is included. I would make this aware.

I can confirm the voucher option 1 for £59 is valid Sunday-Friday; subject to availability.

As previously stated voucher option 2 for £99 is valid 7 days a week; subject to availability. Please note that a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel.

Option 1 voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.

Option 2 voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. Please note that a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Option 3 voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability. Please note that a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. Saturday arrivals not permitted.
