Hello Itison,
Hope you are all well.
I would like to book the hotel IN 28 August 2022 and OUT on 31 August 2022. Are these dates available with an Itison voucher? I phoned the hotel and was told to contact Itison as the hotel reception does not know if their Itison allocation is full for those dates. Please reply asap. Thank you. Anastasia

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with breakfast OR
  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay with breakfast each morning and £40 food & drink spend one night

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Wed 21 Dec 2022, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 21-23 Oct 2022.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Nov 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in from 3pm - 10pm, check-out 11am.

Stay in a standard double rooms. Twin available upon request.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Seaview - £20, Superior Seaview - £30, Family 3 & triple  - £30, Seaview family 3 - £35, Seaview family 4 - £45; payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes a £40 dinner spend one night. Valid against food and drinks from the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Max of 2 children permitted in a family room. Children aged 4 and under stay free of charge, ages 5-12yrs require a supplementary charge of £15pp when staying on a BB basis; payable direct. 13+ are classed as adults.

Pet permitted in a standard room for a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable direct.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
