Shorts, t-shirts, leggings, vests, crop tops are recommended clothing for women and shorts, lycras, tracksuit bottoms, t-shirts and vests are recommended for men.

Please bring a large towel and a large bottle of water for hot yoga.

Mats, blocks, bricks, straps, blankets, bolsters and chairs are provided. There is a £1 hire charge for hot yoga mats.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
