You say £99 for a 1 bedroom apartment. I had booked this in good faith but have since discovered that I need to pay an additional £30 for a Friday, however Spire rooms are only charging £135 for a stay in a 1 bedroom apartment on a friday. I checked 9th October. This means I'm only saving £5. This is not the 53% you're advertising. Booked in good faith, since discovered it's a bit of a rip off. Please refund in full. Email is

If you ever can't book your preferred dates with a voucher, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

  • 1 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment for up to 4

Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 7-8, 14-15 Feb, 6-8 Mar and 24 - 25 Dec 2020.

A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.

Option 1: Stay in a 1 bed studio apartment.

Option 2: Stay in a 1 bedroom apartment for two people.

Option 3: Stay in a 2 bedroom apartment for up to four people.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

A refundable security deposit of £50 for Mon-Thur stays and £250 for Fri-Sun stays is required; payable directly to hotel at the time of booking. Please discuss directly with the hotel.

Includes a continental breakfast and welcome pack on arrival.

Children are permitted and included within the head count.

Max of 1 pet is permitted. A £50 deep clean fee will be applied at the end of your stay; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
