Orders must be placed by 7am 2 days prior to your preferred delivery date and no later than 7am on the 26th for final delivery on the 30th Dec 2021 (we don't want you to miss out!).

If your item is faulty you can request a refund within 5 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

To start a return please contact online@bar-tonic.co.uk. If your return is accepted you will be sent instructions on how to complete the process. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
