We want to stay on a Saturday night to celebrate a birthday we also want to eat in the restaurant how much will this voucher cost and how do we make sure that we get to eat in the restaurant

Our voucher for an overnight stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco, choice of Prosecco afternoon tea or evening meal, breakfast and late check-out is £119.

Just keep in mind a supplement of £20 is also required for Saturday night stays, payable directly to the hotel.

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco, evening meal or afternoon tea, breakfast and late check-out OR

2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates, evening meal on the first night and breakfast both mornings

Option 1, 3 and 4: voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until 23 Dec 2020 and from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 31 Oct 2021.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Option 2 (Sunday stay): voucher is valid from Sun 5 Jan 2020 until Sun 20 Dec 2021 and from Sun 7 Nov 2021 until Sun 27 Feb 2022, Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Saturdays and 27 Dec 2020 - 6 Nov 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Classic and sea view double or twin.

Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 3 and 4 includes a £25 dinner allowance per person towards the Brasserie menu or Prosecco afternoon tea; subject to change. Please note restaurant is not open on Sunday evenings if guests wish to use a dinner option on a Sunday a Sunday lunch option or Prosecco afternoon tea will be provided.

Option 2 includes Sunday lunch served in the Brasserie between 12noon and 3pm.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Limited onsite parking available; side street parking is available. A parking map is available from the hotel reception which details the areas available for parking.

Max of 2 children permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per child including breakfast; please discuss any special requirements or cot requests directly with hotel.

No pets permitted; guide dogs only.

Limited wheelchair access available; please liaise directly with the hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
