itison tickets must be exchanged at the box office from 12noon - 1.30pm for the matinee performance and 5.30pm - 7pm for evening performances.

I've just purchased this and realised too late we don't get our seats confirmed until on the day. So is there a chance we will be seated separately? This is not an option as we are taking our 3 year old and would not want to go if there is a chance that any of us are seated apart.

We'd always recommend arriving as early as possible to avoid disappointment, but I've never heard of customers not being seated together.

It says can print tickets off but then says have to be picked up between 5 30 and 7 00. Can you clarify what I have to do please
