Duration: approx. 3 hours. Doors open at 5.30pm for a 8.30pm finish. Last entry is at 7.00pm.

Suitable for all ages. All attendees require a ticket; 0 - 3 years are free; 3 - 15 years are classed as children; under 16s must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Please note daytime zoo entry is not included and visitors may not see any real animals.

Wheelchair access available; please note there will be no mobility vehicles in operation as the route encompasses some smaller pathways not accessible by vehicles. The route is designed so that wheelchairs and buggies can get around.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.

Ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
