Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm afraid food from outside the venue isn't permitted at Hale Barns Carnival but there's a foodie village on site with a great selection of food vendors and bars to cater for all needs.

Can you tell me where the ticket collection point is, as referred to in point one of the small print? Also, where is the box office is that tickets need to be exchanged for wrist bands? Many thanks

Advance ticket collection required. itison tickets must be exchanged for wristbands at the box office from 6pm on the day of the event. 

Multiple purchases permitted.

Duration: approx. 3 hrs.

Standing event.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Child tickets for ages for under 16s can be purchased directly here for £10.

Line-up is subject to change.

Wheelchair access available.

Entry to the event is free from 12pm until 5pm – tickets are required for the evening events.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
