I want 3 tickets but is there a guarantee they will be sat together

I can confirm seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis when vouchers are exchanged for tickets at the venue between 10am and 6pm on the day of the performance.

I'm afraid we can't guarantee seats together as they'll be allocated on a first come, first served basis, but it's very rare for customers not to be seated together.

I have just bought 2 tickets, but as it’s first come first served with the tickets I’m worried these tickets that I’ve just bought as a gift won’t be seated together? I have 2 different reference numbers even though I purchased 2 tickets on one order?

I can confirm seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis when vouchers are exchanged for tickets between 10am and 6pm on the day of the performance.

I'm afraid seating together can't be guaranteed in advance, but we'd recommend exchanging your tickets as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Advance ticket collection required. itison tickets must be exchanged for show tickets at the venue between 10am and 6pm on the day of the performance.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Duration: approx. 2hrs.

Seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis when vouchers are exchanged for tickets.

Suitable for all ages; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss directly with venue.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival. 

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled. 

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
