• Option 1 is valid from Mon 21 Aug 2017 – Tue 31 Oct 2017, Sun - Fri. A supplement of £20 per night applies for Fri stays. Excludes Saturday.
• Option 2 is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 – Wed 28 Feb 2018, Sun – Fri. A supplement of £20 per night applies for Fri stays. Excludes all Saturday's and 1 - 3, 6 Dec – 4th Jan and 14 Feb 2018.
• Option 3 & 5 is valid from Mon 21 Aug 2017 – Tue 31 Oct 2017, 7 days. A supplement of £20 per night applies for Fri & Sat stays.
• Option 4 & 6 is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 – Wed 28 Feb 2018, 7 days. A supplement of £20 per night applies for Fri & Sat stays. Excludes 1 – 3, 6 Dec – 4th Jan and 14 Feb 2018. 
• All dates are subject to availability.
• Please note: family accommodation will be unavailable between 7 – 22 Oct 2017.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your booking.
• Please note: additional supplements for children or weekend stays are payable at time of booking.
• Advanced booking required. Vouchers valid until 31 Oct 2017 must be booked by Mon 2 Oct 2017. Vouchers valid until 28 Feb 2018 must be booked by Mon 8 Jan 2018 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Standard double rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel (option 1 and 2 only).
• 2 course dinner will be served in Meikle Restaurant. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Option 5 and 6 inc £25 resort credit and can be used towards spa, activities or golf.
• Full use of leisure facilities includes access to the lagoon pool and gym. Access to the Victorian Spa is not included.
• Max of 2 children permitted; subject to availability of suitable family rooms.
• 1 night stay: babies stay free of charge, kids aged 2 – 11 years require a supplementary charge of £20; inc breakfast and one high tea plus one free childcare session in Big Country. Kids aged 12 - 16 years require a supplementary charge of £30; inc breakfast and 2 course dinner.
• 2 night stay: babies stay free of charge, kids aged 2 – 11 years require a supplementary charge of £30; inc breakfast each morning and one high tea plus one free childcare session in Big Country. Kids aged 12 - 16 years require a supplementary charge of £40; inc breakfast each morning and 2 course dinner on one evening.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
