Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 8 Jan 2018 until Wed 28 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.  Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 31 Jan 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; rates are per room per night, payable directly to hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel 31 days prior to your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. 
• Double standard room available; twin rooms are available on request, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel manager.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel manager.
• Thyme at Errichel Restaurant is normally open from 6pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Meals outwith these times can still be arranged with the hotel – discuss with Errichel House directly.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; under 2’s require £5 supplement for the room, travel cot provided.  Over 2’s require a supplementary charge of £25 per night for additional bed; subject to availability.  Max of 1 child.  Please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. 
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
