• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jan 2019 until Fri 15 Mar 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 14, 15 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £25 per room per night is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Comfy Duplex double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: luxe junior suite £25 or Eclectic Grand Suite or Opus Grand Suite £50 ; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note a credit or debit card security deposit pre-authorisation will be required at check-in; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child under 12 years permitted when staying with 2 adults at a supplementary charge of £25 per child per night for an additional bed; payable directly to hotel on arrival.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
