• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Nov 2017 until Mon 30 Apr 2018, Sun - Fri.  Treatments available 10am - 8pm; subject to availability. Spa is open 7am - 8pm.
• Excludes Saturdays and 23 Dec 2017 – 2 Jan 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per person is required for Friday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to spa.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases are permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Includes afternoon tea served between 12pm - 6pm. Vegetarian options available please advise at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Groups permitted: group bookings can be made for evenings; subject to availability, please discuss directly with spa.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25 or 30 mins inc consultation.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, for cancer sufferers or those in remission.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
