• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Dec 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 30, 31 Dec 2018, 1 Jan and 9, 14, 16 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge is required per room per night for the following: Fridays £10 and Saturdays £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.  
• Double or twin classic room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Executive room £10 or Feature room £25; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £25 per person dinner allowance towards the a la carte menu; no refunds will be given on any unused allocation on this offer. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Dinner will be served in the Dobson restaurant; menu be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Use of leisure facilities included.
• Max of 1 child ages 12 and under permitted and stay free in a classic room when sharing with 2 adults; includes breakfast.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
