• Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Mon 31 May 2021 and from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Wed 30 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 1 Jun - 31 Oct and 20 Dec 2021 - 3 Jan 2022.
• Advance booking required (we don’t want you to miss out!). Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge is required per room per night for the following stays: Fridays £20, Saturdays £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Online bookings only.
• Voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable once booked with Malmaison.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes continental breakfast.
• Option 2: Includes a 2 course dinner choose a starter and main or main and dessert each from the Prix Fixe menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. A supplementary charge of £8 is required for steak frites and £14 for fillet steak; payable directly to hotel. Please note dinner to be taken at or prior to 7.30pm on Friday nights.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
