• Sun - Thur stay: Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sep 2020, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat,  12 Apr, 17-18 May & 20-22 Sep 2020.
• Friday stay: Voucher is valid until Fri 25 Sep 2020, Friday only; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Thur, 3, 24 Apr, 8 May & 12 Jun 2020.
• Saturday stay: Voucher is valid until Sat 26 Sep 2020, Saturday only; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Fri, 4, 11, 25 Apr, 9 May & 19 Sep 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: River view £10, Privileged room £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child aged 0-12yrs permitted free of charge on a B&B basis and paying for all other meals as taken.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
