Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2019 until Sun 15 Sept 2019, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 - 25 Aug and 11 Sept 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £25 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Please note that calls to the booking line cost no more than 5p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge – mobile costs will be higher than that of a landline.
• Vouchers are non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a 3 course dinner each from the Chef’s choice menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten/dairy/wheat free options available; please discuss at time of booking. Max 2 vouchers per table.
• Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise hotel when booking.
• Paid parking available and allocated on a first come first served basis. £8 for up to 4 hours, £15 for up to 10 hours and £20 for up to 24 hours.
• Please note the hotel car park is managed by a car park management company. All guests/visitors of the hotel must immediately register their vehicle’s registration with reception on arrival. Failure to do so, will result in a parking charge notice being issued by this company.
• Max of 1 child permitted when sharing with two adults; children are classed as 12 years and under; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
