• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20 Dec 2017 - 2 Jan 2018. 
• Please note there is a £20 per night supplement for Fridays and Saturdays and an additional supplement of £10 for stays from 9 - 17 Feb 2018; payable directly to hotel.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 5 Mar 2018 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking; an admin fee of £20 will be charged for date changes once booking is confirmed.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Stay cannot be extended.
• Check in 4pm; Check out 10am.
• 1 bedroom cottages can be set up with a double or 2 twin beds; 2 people will be accommodated on a sofa bed in lounge. 
• 2 bedroom cottages can be set up with double or twin beds; 2 people will be accommodated on a sofa bed in lounge.
• 3 bedroom cottages can be set up with double or twin beds; 2 people will be accommodated on a sofa bed in lounge.
• Cottage styles and decor change from property to property.
• Children of all ages are permitted and are included in cottage capacity.
• Cot hire: £5 per night.
• Free parking is available.
• Pets are not permitted.
• A valid credit card/debit card will be required at check-in.
• A nominal utility service charge of 13.17p per KW will be charged at the end of your stay.
• Members will receive a £20 credit voucher per cottage for booking made for mid week stays during Nov - Jan inclusive; please discuss directly with the resort. Credit can be used in the bar, restaurant or spa.
• Includes 10% discount on all normally priced spa treatments. Spa treatments must be pre-booked prior to arrival at the resort.
• Members will receive a complementary bottle of house wine per couple if ordering a 3 course Al la Carte meal in the Flemmyng restaurant; please discuss directly with the venue.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
