• Bed & Breakfast voucher is valid until Sun 30 April, 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1, 4, 7-9, 11, 16, 24, 25, 28, 30 Mar and 8, 14-15, 29 Apr 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 30 March 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Dinner bed & breakfast vouchers are valid until Wed 31 May, 2017, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 1, 4, 7-9, 11, 16, 24, 25, 28, 30 Mar and 8, 14-15, 29 Apr 2017, 8, 9, 10, 20, 26, 27 May 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 11 May 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required per room per night for Friday and Saturday booking; payable directly to hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 12noon on the day prior to your arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability; max of 4 nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.  
• Option 1 and 2: valid for double or twin classic room; rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room: Executive room £20, a feature room or junior suite £125 or a suite £250; subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Option 3: valid for junior suite or feature room.
• Option 2 and 3 include pre-dinner Champagne, canapes and 3 course table d'hote dinner; sample menu can be viewed here; menu is subject to change.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. Subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking.
• Max of 2 children under 12 permitted when sharing with adults and paying for all meals as taken; ages 12+ require a supplementary charge of £15 per child when sharing with adults, payable directly to hotel.
• Families can be accommodated in an executive room with extra bed/sofabed (£20 supplement per room per night) please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Sorry, pets are not permitted; guide dogs and hearing dogs only.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
