• Voucher is valid from Sat 9 Sep 2017 until Wed 20 Dec 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 27 Sep, 11, 12, 20, 21, 26, 28 Oct, 7 Nov and 2, 9, 16 Dec 2017.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 30 Oct 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 12 noon on the day prior to your arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 vouchers per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; max of 4 nights, subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.  
• Options 1 & 2: double or twin classic room; room can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive room £20, a feature room or junior suite £125 or suite £250; subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Option 3: double junior suite or feature room; subject to availability. Please discuss which room type is available at time of booking.
• Options 2 and 3 includes Champagne, canapes and 3 course dinner; menu is subject to change. Gluten/wheat/dairy free, and vegetarian options are available, please discuss at time of booking. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink. A supplementary charge is required for 8oz sirloin (£5), 8oz rib eye (£5) and 8oz fillet (£15); payable directly to hotel.

• Families can be accommodated in an executive room for a supplement of £20 per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Pets are not permitted; guide dogs and hearing dogs only.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
