• Option 1 voucher is valid from Sun 23 Sept 2018 until Sun 30 Dec 2018, Sun only; subject to availability. Excludes 30 Sept and Mondays – Saturdays.
• Option 2 voucher is valid from Thur 20 Sept 2018 until Thur 27 Dec 2018, Mon, Thur or Fri only; subject to availability. Excludes 27, 28 Sept, 1 Nov and Tuesdays, Wednesday, Saturdays and Sundays.
• Option 3 voucher is valid from Sat 22 Sept 2018 until Sat 29 Dec 2018, Sat only; subject to availability. Excludes 29 Sept and Sundays – Fridays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Note: There are currently building works in progress next to the hotel. None of the hotel services or in-house facilities have been affected.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12.30pm.
• Standard double room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge and members will receive a 25% discount of the Best Available Rate; subject to availability; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max 1 child permitted; ages 2 and under stay free with cots available on request, ages 3 – 14 years require a supplementary charge of £20; upon advance request and subject to availability; payable directly to hotel. Children’s meals are payable separately; please discuss with hotel.
• Families with more than 1 child can upgrade to a family room; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Members will receive a 25% food and beverage discount with a food purchase.
• No pets permitted.
• Parking available; £9 per night. Please arrange with Radisson directly.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
