A supplementary charge of £20pp is required for Fri - Sun bookings; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Oct 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Bookings for Saturdays can only be made within 14 days of arrival; availability is not guaranteed.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.

Members must be over 14 weeks pregnant before any massage treatments can be carried out. Suitable oils can be used for those who are currently breastfeeding, please discuss with Slaley Hall at time of booking. Deep pressure massages not suitable during pregnancy.

Massage is not suitable for any members undergoing any treatments for cancer including chemotherapy, radiotherapy and/or various medications. If in remission, massage is suitable after 12 months and with a suitable doctor’s note.

Not suitable for those with inflamed back injury, any recent injuries, broken bones or had surgery.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Treatment duration: approx. 50mins; includes your choice of 'signature spa ritual'.

Includes a 3 course lunch served in the lounge from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten free alternatives available; please advise at the time of booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
