• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Mar until Sun 30 Apr, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14-17 Apr 2017.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 Apr 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12 noon.
• Double rooms; best available and can be twinned on request; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £90 per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes £30 dinner allowance per person; sample menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; babies stay free and children aged 2 – 16 require a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night with Z bed; payable directly hotel. Max of 2 children.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 well behaved pets.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
