• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Oct 2017 until Fri 29 Dec 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 25 Dec 2017.
• A supplementary charge is required per room for the following: Friday £25, Saturday and Saturday £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 23 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1: Mini suite; double or twin available. Check-in 3pm. Check-out 11am.
• Option 2: Georgian suite; double or twin available. Check-in 3pm. Late check-out 12noon.
• Rooms include complimentary tea, coffee, mineral water, biscuits, newspaper and WiFi, iron and ironing board, safe, hairdryer and GHD hair straighteners.
• Children permitted at a supplementary charge; please discus directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Parking available; on street metre parking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
