• Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; 7 days; subject to availability.
• Saturday night stays incur a £40prpn supplement; paid directly.
• Excludes: 6, 9, 24 & 27 Nov; 7, 12 , 22 – 26 & 31 Dec 2019; 18 & 27 Jan; 2, 14, 15 & 29 Feb; 6, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28 March 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020. (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 4 per person.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double/twin room only.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe room - £30, executive room - £40; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes full breakfast and leisure access for the duration of your stay.
• Option 1: includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival.
• Option 2 & 3: includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival.
• Alcohol cannot be substituted for soft drinks.
• Option 2 & 3: includes a £35 per person dinner allowance; menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten/wheat/dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Option 3: dinner allowance is valid for first night only.
• Max 1 child permitted in an executive room, £40prpn upgrade applies; subject to availability. Children aged 0-11yrs are free of charge for BB, 12–17yrs are £25 BB per child. Ages 4yrs+ will be charged for all other meals as taken.
• Children can use swimming pool at specified child friendly swimming times; please contact hotel for more information.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
