• Voucher is valid from Mon 23 Jan until Fri 31 Mar 2017, Sun-Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes 12, 19 Feb 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Cottage double room available. Please note these rooms are not connected to the main house and are located 100 yards from the main house.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge, please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; one child is permitted per room depending on room available. Under 12’s stay free of charge. Children aged 12-14 years old are an additional £85 per child, per night, includes an additional bed in room. Please discuss with Greywalls at time of booking.
• Dogs permitted in Cottage rooms; please discuss at time of booking.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
