• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 May 2023 until Mon 31 Jul 2023, Mon - Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and 1, 29 May 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 Jul 2023  (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.`
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. 
• Set 2 course itison menu only; subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: Northumbrian fillet steak - £14 and Beef burger - £4; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
