Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, 7 days, 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Please note that Saturdays and Sundays have limited availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 1 voucher per table.
• Combo afternoon tea: 1 x traditional afternoon tea plus 1 x gentleman's afternoon tea served between two.
• Option 1, 2, 3, 5 are served with loose leaf tea or coffee.
• Option 4 and 6 is served with a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; cannot be replaced with a soft drink and options do not include tea or coffee.
• Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
