• Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Jul 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 11am.
• City Room: City double or twin room.
• Quay View Superior room: Superior Quay View double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• City Room Room only. Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival.
• Quay View Superior room: Includes breakfast and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival to share.
• Alcohol can be replaced with soft drinks.
• Please note that due to existing government guidance the pool and gym will not be open in any hotel at the moment.
• The restaurant will be open for breakfast and dinner.
• Free parking is available on site.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
