• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Feb 2017 until Sun 30 Apr 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 11, 14 Feb and 14 – 17 Apr 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 Apr 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin executive room. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £30 per night; subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Includes 25% off Beamish Museum tickets - please discuss at time of booking.
• Children permitted; under 2’s stay free of charge, ages 2 – 15 years are £10 and ages 16+ are £25; payable directly to hotel. Max 1 child per room.
• Max of 1 small well behaved dog permitted per room at supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
