Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 15 Sept 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Sat and Sun only, 10am – 12noon, 12noon – 2pm and 2pm – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays - Fridays and 1 – 31 Oct 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your booking.
• Duration approx. 2hrs.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Option 1: max of 4 vouchers per person.
• Option 2: max of 2 vouchers per person.
• Suitable for ages 10+; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult (adult is not required to participate.)
• Max of 14 people per group.
• Good level of fitness required; members should be able to climb a rope ladder to participate. Members must sign waiver and complete health questionnaire prior to activity.
• Min height 4ft 5ins, max weight 18 stone.
• Weather dependent; cancellations due to adverse weather conditions will be rescheduled.
• Recommended clothing: sensible footwear, waterproof coat and clothes that can get dirty; skirts and open-toe footwear are not permitted on the course.
• Meeting point: Members must report to the Beamish Wild booking office on arrival.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
