Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 01 Dec 2015 until Fri 01 Apr 2016; Mon - Sun, 9am - 9pm; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by Fri 25 Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Exclusion dates: 24 - 31 Dec 2015, 1 - 4 Jan 2016.
• Experience lasts 1 hour.
• Maximum 10 people per group.
• All levels of fitness and abilities are welcome. 
• Guests must be aged 4 and above.
• All safety equipment will be provided if necessary.
• Activity may be outdoors, weather permitting. 
• Birds handled are owls or hawks. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your visit.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
