Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2018 and 1, 2 Jan 2019.
• A supplementary charge is required per night for the following: Fridays £10 and Saturdays £20 plus £20 supplement per night for 27 - 30 Dec 2018; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Double or king beds.
• Scottish borders: Benfield cottage or Tweed cottage
• Berwick-Upon-Tweed: Mill Wharf or Old Templars cottage. Please note that Old Templars is an apartment.
• Northumberland: Turner Cottage
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £49; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Pets are permitted in selected properties only (Benfield Cottage, Turner Cottage and Old Templars, max 2, Tweed Cottage; max 1); supplement of £20 per pet per night, please discuss directly with Border Holiday Homes.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount; babies in cots or crib stay free of charge.
• Wheelchair access not available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
