• Voucher is valid until Thur 28 Feb 2019, 7 days, 10am – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25, 26, 31 Dec 2018 and 1 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Valid for one session.
• Skating and sledging are suitable for ages 4+; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Skating – ice skates provided (members are welcome to bring own if preferred); smallest shoe size infant size 7.
• Sledging – sledge & helmet provided
• Duration: approx. 30mins.
• Max of 30 people per session for skating and max of 8 people per session for sledging.
• Option 2 voucher can be used for 2 x activities for one person or 1 x activity each for two people.
• Warm clothing required, gloves recommended.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
