Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jun 2018 until Sun 30 Sept 2018, Mon 12noon - 5pm, Tue - Thur 10am - 5pm, Fri 12noon - 6.30pm,  Sat 10.30am - 6.30pm and Sun 10.30am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: max of 4 vouchers per person.
• Option 2: max of 2 vouchers per person.
• Suitable for ages 6+.
• Bounce sessions for ages 5 and under can be booked for a supplementary charge of £5; payable directly to ROF 59; available Mon & Fri 10am – 12noon and Sat & Sun 9.30am – 10.15am.
• Supervising adults must sign a risk acknowledgement and disclaimer stating they will accept responsibility for the safety and supervision of all the children in their care.
• Duration approx. 2hrs; 2 hrs bounce session and 5mins briefing. Guests must arrive 10mins before their booking time.
• Max of 1 per person per trampoline.
• All participants must be reasonably fit and healthy; please discuss any concerns directly with ROF 59.
• Max weight: 150kg.
• Long hair must be tied back and comfortable clothing is recommended; grip socks must be worn at all times.
• Belts, jewellery and studded clothing must be removed.
• Mobile phones, cameras, keys, keychains, sharp or pointed items, food, drink and chewing gum are not permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
