• Voucher is valid until Sat 29 Feb 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2019 - 2 Jan 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £40 per room applies for Saturday night stays; please arrange and pay hotel directly.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Deluxe double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes cream tea and a glass of Prosecco each. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Parking available.
• Max 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under. Members must upgrade to a family room; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 small dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog, per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note no cost for guide dogs.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss with the hotel at the time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
