• Voucher is valid from Tue 2 Aug 2016 until Sat 29 Oct 2016, Tue, Wed 10am – 6pm, Thurs 10am – 8pm, Fri 10am – 7pm and Sat 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sunday and Monday.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 19 Oct 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Sorry, multiple purchases not permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is not suitable for skin cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Treatment is not suitable for sufferers of diabetes, raised moles, warts, skin tags, eczema, psoriasis and seborrhoeic dermatitis, roseacea and active acne, asthma, keloid scarring, undergoing treatment using accutane, retinol or retin A, using hydrocortisone creams, recent botox or dermal fillers, recent skin peels or ILP treatment or sunburn.
• During initial 15 minute consultation members are given skin preparation advice, first treatment approx. 45 minutes. Please note consultation and treatment may not be carried out on the same day. Please discuss at time of booking.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
