Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sept 2020 until Mon 21 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• 1 night stay: Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 11am.
• 2 or 3 night stay: Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12noon. 
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: £10 city view, £20 superior room, £50 family room, £60 duplex suite; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• 3 course dinner can be added for a supplementary charge of £35 per couple; please discuss and pay directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children under 12yrs permitted; requires upgrade to a family room for £50 per night, breakfast included. Please discuss and pay directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted except guide dogs.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
