Small print

• Voucher is valid until Tue 31 July 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tues 17 July 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• A supplementary charge of £20 per night is required for Friday or Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, late check out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Junior suite for a supplementary charge of £50 per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Includes a £20 dinner allowance per person for the Anvil Restaurant. Option 2 dinner is on the first night only.
• Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
  
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
  
• Children permitted; max 1 child up to 12 years old occurs a supplementary charge of £20 B&B; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
