• Voucher is valid until Mon 31 May and from Sun 19 Sep until Thu 16 Dec 2021, valid Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sat, 1 Apr - 18, 30 Sep, 3 - 4, 6, 15, 21, 25 - 26 Oct and 4 - 6 Nov 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 2 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted. Children are classed as ages 4 – 15 and require a supplementary charge of £15 for dinner and £6.95 for breakfast per day. Under 4s are free of charge. Please discuss and pay directly with the hotel.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
