• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2017 until Mon 30 Apr 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 - 26 & 31 Dec 2017 - 1 Jan 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £50 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Please note weekend availability is limited.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Double or twin standard suite available; one en-suite bedroom.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free onsite parking.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children under the age of 12 can stay in the suites for a supplementary charge of £20, subject to availability and payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £45 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes 2 hour spa access before or after treatment, use of robes included.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding; massage may need to be adapted.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with hotel.
• Deal is valid for fully qualified therapists.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes a bottle of wine in room on arrival; cannot be substituted for a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
